What is Radio Streaming?
Radio Streaming is a service for live audio broadcasts over the Internet. Clevenard distributes the streaming signal and your listeners connecting to the internet, can listen to the live audio signal through a web page which includes the audio player or directly from Windows Media Player, Winamp or any other media player.
What solution do the plans support?
The plans support ShoutCast v1 and ShoutCast v2.
Do the plans include AutoDJ?
Yes. All plans include the AutoDJ and PlayList feature.
How many simultaneous listeners can I have?
With the “Standart” plan you can have up to 100 simultaneous listeners. With the “Premium” plan, 500 listeners and with the “Pro” plan, unlimited listeners.
Is the streaming done under secure streaming (https)?
Yes, all plans include secure streaming (https). You only have to indicate us your streaming data to activate the SSL protocol.
Are HTML5 players included?
Yes. All plans include HTML5 players from WHMSonic. Plus, you’ll have access to our exclusive, fully customizable HTML5 HD players.
Can I choose a plan and then switch to another one?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time.
How long does it take to activate my account?
The activation of the plans is done once we receive the payment for the contracted service.

What is your guarantee of availability?
Our service availability guarantee is 95.9%.
Do you have a refund policy?
There is no refund on Radio Streaming.
I haven't paid a bill, will my service be suspended?
Yes, if you do not pay your bills by the due date, the service will be suspended and administrative fees and a surcharge for non-payment will be charged if the bill is not paid within 3 days of the suspension. After 3 days, the service is terminated, losing all account information.
Can I cancel my service?
Yes, you can cancel the service at any time All you need to do is to contact us at info@clevenard.com
What is the payment method?
The payment methods are through PayPal with a PayPal balance, with credit/debit cards of the main companies (Visa, MasterCard…) or by bank transfer.
If payments are by bank transfer, the activation of the service may be delayed until we receive the payment.
